Downtown Houston Texas in April

Travel, Videos — By Nicole on April 21, 2009

Last weekend we went to Houston for the first time. The highlights were going to an Astros game (they played the Reds hurray!), luckily wandering into a breakfast art reception at the Contemporary Art Gallery, and going to a super yummy dinner at Reef (Bryan Caswell has recently been named one of this years 10 best chefs by Food and Wine Magazine).

    Hey guys!,

I have been reading you blog for almost a year and a half now! I love all your adventures. What was the name of the hotel you stayed in Houston? My husband and I are going to be in Houston TX for a few days next week. I am planning out our itinerary Do you have any tips on places to eat/stay or fun stuff to do?

Hey! We stayed at the Crowne Plaza downtown. This trip last year was our only Houston vacation so far, so we are far from experts on the place, but we’re planning on going back there sometime in the next few weeks! We haven’t been to any of them yet, but on our next trip we’re going to try and check out T’Afia, Stella Sola, and Anvil Bar! Hope you have fun!
